I had a scheduled appointment here and his system was down. That's not his fault but what I don't appreciate is driving 25 minutes to get there when I could have recieved a call, text, or email letting me know it was down so that I can save my gas and reschedule. There was no notice letting us know until we got there which means I had to reschedule somewhere else for the next day since everything was already full. I also think it's weird that it's in a house instead of a business but that's not reflective of my rating that's just a heads up if you schedule here.

The guy was awesome!! Both my son and I had our fingerprints done in a matter of 13 minutes, and it only took it that long because I didn't complete my application and had to resubmit another one but he was kind enough to let me do that so I didn't have to come back.
