Joe with CB Smith Plumbing was able to quickly fix a leaking pipe in my wall caused by a brad nail that punctured the pipe years ago and rusted out. I cannot express enough how awesome Joe and CB Smith are. From the moment Joe introduced himself and put on booties before walking in the house, I knew we were in good hands. Joe was completely professional, and honest. He went above and beyond and put in a support block to take stress off the pipe once repaired. While talking with him Joe learned a bit about our family. Before he left he actually prayed for us. Amazing!!! I will never use another plumber again.

Alex was my technician. He called to let me know when he was on his way and he was very prompt on arriving. He was very pleasant and friendly. I bought a new toilet and needed it installed. The bolts were sheered off at the floor. Alex explained things to me and told me how much it would cost. It was expensive to me since I already had the new toilet.. Alex was not pushy and even got me a discount. He did great work and I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

CB Smith Plumbing is amazing! They are kind, accommodating, and professional. They schedule jobs with ease and even work you in as needed. Their crews arrive on time, clean up after the work, and walk you through the work they did, and use their time wisely. Joe and Cody did an awesome job in our home today! We don't call anyone else to do Plumbing work for us; great experience time after time (multiple homes throughout the years and issues).

Have had CB Smith address a number of plumbing issues at our house and have had a great experience each time! Both Joe and Mike have been super helpful and are clearly knowledgeable and passionate about their work. We enjoy that they always give us multiple options for solutions and clearly explain the pros and cons of each with a recommendation. They also don't always try to steer you to the most expensive option if it's not right for the situation which really shows their main goal is to help. Joe and Mike have been easy to reach, communicative, and timely! Would definitely recommend giving CB Smith a call the next time you need plumbing assistance.

Had an incredible experience with Joe and CB Smith plumbing! Joe was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful when it came to fixing the plumbing in our 100 year old home. He fixed our issue within one day and was super affordable. Will definitely use him in the future and recommend CB Smith plumbing to anyone needing a trustworthy plumbing company.

Joe and Alex did a super job! I had what I thought was a big problem and couldn’t fix it myself. They showed up quickly, analyzed the problem and fixed it professionally! All the while being very courteous and friendly. I asked them to do some more work around here now that I know I’ve found plumbers I can trust! Highly recommend without reservation!

Called Smith Plumbing to do a very small job as part of a repair request on a house I’m selling. They were able to come out the same day, communicated throughout the process, did exactly what I needed and provided a report within 24 hours. A lot of companies would have busted my head on the price with such a small job but these guys gave me a fair price and treated it like it was just as important as one of the big jobs. Will absolutely use them again for future work.

We are extremely pleased with Joe's performance. He has everything up and running just fine. Joe explained everything explicitly before doing the job. We felt comfortable knowing in advance exactly what to expect . We would definitely recommend Joe to our friends and family for any plumbing needs.
